SYNOPSIS:
A young journalist stumbles upon a web of wrongdoings, cover-ups and shame while reexamining the story of Nazi doctor Heinrich Gross and one of his victims, Friedrich Zawrel: Zawrel, who as a child barely escaped being euthanized by the Nazis, meets his tormentor - who has become a popular court expert - a second time in 1975. A film which questions the will to uncover the truth in postwar Austria. |
